In case of an accident while the rental car is in your custody, the rental firm would evaluate the damage and give you a report. It will then bill the value of the damage to your credit card, up to the amount of the rental vehicle excess specified in your rental agreement.
If you have a CarInsuRent plan, you then need to submit to us a written claim for the assessed damage value. We will then reimburse you according to the terms stated in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS).
