Took a little bit long due to coronavirus, but after all, everything was paid

terrible service, they never answer the phone, website is so slow never use this, rather pay extra and get better service. Got my € 405 after 3 months.

I had a small damage in the middle of February. I provided all documents and received the confirmation for payment, however no money, no response. The phone is not working and only autoreply, looks like in Arabian language. No any answers by e-mail :( It looks like a FRAUD! BE CAREFUL!!!

Да, это работает! Средства по страховому случаю поступили в полном объеме на счет в PayPal. Однако наберитесь терпения, процесс не быстрый. И учтите накладные расходы PayPal на пересылку денег и конвертацию валюты. Тем не менее- значительная экономия по сравнению со страховками прокатных компаний.

I renewed my insurance policy effortlessly on line, for a second year.

Last year I unfortunately had reason to make a claim. The claim was handled efficiently and was paid promptly in full.

I would recommend this policy to anyone who regularly hires a car. A whole year's cover with these guys is cheaper than some car hire company's own excess insurance schemes which only cover a single period of hire.
