A good option to save on insurance. If you travel frequently, you can buy an annual plan from a third-party insurer - it will come out significantly less money. The only thing is that you need to go to the rental company with a policy, so arrange it in advance.
I had an accident in Florence, there were no problems with reimbursement.

We travel a lot every year. Perfect solution to have insurance for all year long, without worrying about the hassle we get at the rental counter each time.

When I used the policy in 2019 I had to claim due to an occasional scratch.

It is the second time we ensure our car rental with CarInsureNet. We had a yearly program (before the COVID) and a daily program for our last trip to Iceland.
In this last trip we needed a lot of help since Iceland requires unusual insurance (wind, river crossing etc,) and it was not easy to understand what is included and what is not included. In addition we needed an extending of the insurance for few more days.
