Quick, Easy and Affordable Car Hire Excess Insurance

Twice during my annual worldwide policy I have had queries, predominantly around hiring a vehicle in my home country (which unusually Carinsurerent do actually cover - with certain conditions).
Each time I received swift comprehensive responses from Customer Service not only providing the answer to my query but more importantly, the background and reasoning as to why. I found this informative approach really helpful, and more personal than simply saying yes or no.

The policy is straightforward and trustworthy, and if the claim is reasonable, the reimbursement is processed very quickly. I was impressed by how fast and professional the customer service team responded whenever I had questions. This coverage gave me real peace of mind during my trip to Europe, and I consider it a must-have for international travel. I will definitely choose this rental car insurance again in the future. On the last day of renting the car, 4 hours before I returned it, I saw the scratches on the mirror and the plastic part above the wheel, both on the same side of the car and I concluded that it was probably done by some random car that drove there in the parking lot and scratched my rental car.
I submitted a claim for €414.12.
Very smooth process, of course it requires emailing set of documents, but this is how it works. I've been using this service since 2022. After years of having this 3rd party rental car insurance I had a first chance to actually use it. And it worked very well.
