I Recently had to claim for a €475 charge due to scratching a rental car.
It took about 3 weeks from filing the claim to obtaining payment from the insurers at my PayPal account.

terrible service, they never answer the phone, website is so slow never use this, rather pay extra and get better service. Got my € 405 after 3 months.

I had a small damage in the middle of February. I provided all documents and received the confirmation for payment, however no money, no response. The phone is not working and only autoreply, looks like in Arabian language. No any answers by e-mail :( It looks like a FRAUD! BE CAREFUL!!!

Да, это работает! Средства по страховому случаю поступили в полном объеме на счет в PayPal. Однако наберитесь терпения, процесс не быстрый. И учтите накладные расходы PayPal на пересылку денег и конвертацию валюты. Тем не менее- значительная экономия по сравнению со страховками прокатных компаний.
