Due to the fact that I used an annual policy and rented the car in my home country, I had to provide proof of pre-booked accommodation. Once I provided this, my claim was approved.
Good and reliable service, although it took them time to approve the claim
Twice during my annual worldwide policy I have had queries, predominantly around hiring a vehicle in my home country (which unusually Carinsurerent do actually cover - with certain conditions).
Each time I received swift comprehensive responses from Customer Service not only providing the answer to my query but more importantly, the background and reasoning as to why. I found this informative approach really helpful, and more personal than simply saying yes or no.
Good effort guys, it’s rare I write reviews but your product, processes and people are all worthy of recognition.

I rented a car using Turo in the UK. During the rental the inside of the tyre was cut, the alloy needed a refurbishment and wheel alignment was needed due to the damage as the alignment of the car was off.

While maneuvering to leave the space, the car made light contact with a low object that I didn’t see.
