J'ai pris l'assurance annuelle pour le rachat de franchise et elle est amortie dès la première location ! Bien plus avantageuse et couvre mieux que celle proposée par les loueurs. Pour ma part, je loue 3 à 4 fois par an des véhicules pour une durée totale de 10 à 12 semaines. A mon niveau , CARINSURENT c'est 450 € d'économies par an !
Had some questions after booking, emailed customer service as I have a US phone and received very quick responses and satisfactory resolutions. Would definitely recommend.
It's true that I did not have to use it (which is good), but on the communication side, they have always been very present, so I assume that they will provide a great service if necessary!
My claim was initially declined, and the review process took some time and required follow-ups. However, after escalation, the case was re-evaluated professionally, and the claim was ultimately approved.
The final handling was fair and the payment was processed in full as expected.
While the process could have been faster in terms of communication, I appreciate that the company ultimately reviewed the case properly and reached the right outcome.
