We send the confirmation email to the email address you specified after you have confirmed your policy and paid for your purchase.
A customer usually receives his confirmation email within 30 minutes of purchase.
If you have not received your confirmation email, please check the spelling of the email address you have provided, as well as your spam folder.
Sometimes, an email also ends up in a grey list, which many email servers use to prevent spam. When this happens, it can take up to 24 hours before you receive the confirmation email. There is nothing our company or you can do about it, but this kind of thing typically happens only the first time you get an email from a particular sender.
